We adopted our dog, Apollo, at age one. After we brought him home from the animal shelter and fell in love with him, we realized that he was a nightmare outside the house. He would lose his mind when he saw other dogs. Barking, growling and spinning in circles trying to get off of the leash to get to them. He would often refer his aggression toward our other dog and go after him instead. It was beyond embarrassing and stressful to walk him. The first day we met Laura, from REHAB Dog Training, LLC, she showed me that it was possible to get control of Apollo and refocus him. We worked for several months on the techniques that Laura taught us and I'm happy to say that Apollo has made a complete turn around. Even my neighbors are impressed and see a huge difference in my dog. They no longer run the other way when they see us! I am eternally grateful for everything that Laura taught us. It has made a world of difference.

We adopted a 6 year old dog with aggression issues towards strangers (anyone who isn't us). Getting someone in our house was a struggle. Laura helped us so much. She gave us tips and techniques on how to reduce our dog's stress. She clearly identified the dog's triggers, what would work and what would never work. This reduced a lot of the anxiety we had about the best way to move forward. Each visit resulted in all of us taking a step forward. It's never going to be a perfect situation but we are much more able to manage it without anxiety. I highly recommend her to anyone with a difficult, but loveable, dog.
