We got a puppy and I signed up for puppy classes. It wasn’t until a few weeks later (before the classes even started) that I realized I made a mistake and the day the classes I signed up for wouldn’t work with my families schedule. I contacted Lyne via email because the Redline phone number doesn’t even work and she responded saying she’d be happy to work with me to figure out a different class day that we could come. She said she couldn’t refund me but I could come to a different puppy class. Now weeks have gone by and she has ghosted me and kept my $380 and my pup still has no training. I understand that I made the mistake but when she said she would work with me to find a class for my pup, I expected exactly that. I can’t even sign up for puppy classes elsewhere because I can’t spend another nearly $400! Poor communication and lack of communication when there is a problem are why generally won’t support small businesses. I hope she needs my $380 more than I do.
