Red River Obedience and Training Club offers new classes every month to help you train your dog! Puppies as young as months old are welcome to begin training with us. All breeds and mix breeds, All American Dogs, are welcome! Our motto is Train Your Troubles Away.
Red River Obedience and Training Club is host to Shreveport's Annual Obedience & Rally Trial in June. We would love to have you join us either as a spectator or competitor.

Your dog is never too old to learn basic obedience commands. Please plan to attend orientation the first Monday of the month at 7pm without your dog. Our trainers will be happy to discuss Beginner Obedience with you.
I adopted a English Bull Terrier age 4. He knows Sit & Shake. I want to have better command of him when on lead and stay and come. What class to enroll in? And cost?

I had to send my dog to Professional K9 Solutions in New Orleans for aggression against other dogs. It is the only aggression training in the state and they did an excellent job, but you have to follow thier directions for it to work when your dog gets home.

She did learn some skills, but socialization was severely limited because an aggressive German shepherd was allowed to remain in class even after it lunged at several dogs and barked/growled viciously. This continued the entire course. The shepherd was allowed to come and, though sometimes isolated, his behavior continued to interrupt and constrain the class each week.

I have taken several classes here. The trainers are experienced with many breeds and years and years of hands on instruction. Fees are very reasonable.
