I can not speak highly enough about Hannah and the entire team at Red Lantern. While I was in the middle of a very chaotic move across the country, I knew that I needed to board my black lab. Prior to this experience, he had never spent a night outside of our home. I was uneasy about boarding him, until I spoke with Hannah's team. Hannah and the team at Red Lantern went above and beyond to keep him comfortable and safe, all while reassuring me. I received many updates and photos while he was with Hannah. During the time he was with Hannah, he celebrated his second birthday! I was very sad that I could not be with him, however, he had an absolute blast. I even received an adorable photo of him with a birthday banner! They truly treat every customer like they are family. Hannah and her team also went out of their way to come up with suggestions to keep him safe while we drove across the country to our new home, as stopping at highway rest stops with a rambunctious dog can be dangerous and stressful. I am very thankful for Hannah and everyone at Red Lantern. He truly has a "second family" in Michigan, and I will continue to work with Red Lantern any chance that we have!
