Red Fox Dog Training

I couldn’t be more proud and grateful of Red Fox and our little Rosie!!! We sent our anxious miniature poodle rescue to Nicole, Sam and the team in hopes that she would regain her confidence, learn new skills and just love life again. Poor Rosie came from a home where she was bullied by other dogs and mistreated she was terrified of people, dogs, sounds, hid her food and wouldn’t walk anywhere. With the love and care that Nicole and the team gave Rosie she returned to us like a completely different pup, full of joy and energy but at the same calm and relaxed about the world around her. Whilst in the care of Nicole and the team we received many updates with both pictures and videos (posted in the review) of Rosie full of life, enjoying her time there. And learning all her new life skills. It really filled us with pride. We now see Nicole and sam on a regular basis for them to check-in on Rosie’s progress and we also use their boarding services when we go away. When Rosie sees Nicole and Sam her tail wags until it almost falls off! This is a true sign of how much Rosie adores them. I couldn’t recommend red fox enough!! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for this company. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond not just as trainers, but as a true support system for our family. They helped me find and connect with a trustworthy breeder for our Golden Retriever, Blue. They made sure she came from a healthy bloodline, with full genetic documentation and all the necessary health clearances. That alone gave me so much peace of mind. Blue has been in their boarding training program since she was six months old, and the communication has always been outstanding. They constantly send updates, photos, and videos and I always know she’s in great hands. But what truly made me realize how special they are was the night Blue got seriously sick with pneumonia. I was alone at the ER at midnight with her, overwhelmed and terrified. Without hesitation, they showed up, helped me figure out what to do, and stayed with me until 5am when Blue was finally admitted to the hospital. Who does that? That’s not just customer service, that’s family. Blue absolutely adores them. She lights up every time she sees them, and I know it’s because she feels safe, loved, and respected. They are currently training her to be my son Gabriel’s service dog, and not once have they said “no” to anything we’ve needed. They are patient, professional, and deeply committed to what they do. To us, they’re not just trainers. They’re part of our village. We love them and so does Blue. If you’re looking for people who will truly care for your dog like their own, this is where you need to go. No amount of fake 1-star reviews can change the truth: they are incredible at what they do, and they have hearts of gold.

WARNING!!! Having a pet is loving them and ensuring their well-being, they are part of the family, that is why one trusts that in the places where one takes them to receive any service, they are treated at least with care and respect. It is very unfortunate and painful that when you pick up your pet you find it injured, hurt, scared, dehydrated. That is shameful and disgusting plus not wanting to acknowledge that this happened, gives the worst impression possible about a place that is supposedly safe for our pets. NOT Recommended.
