Red Fox Dog Training

Hi everyone! I had my dog Belly stay one night on 12/27-12/28. The team sent me tons of photos, and it looked like she had a great time! My dog is very anxious and had an accident overnight in the crate, however they bathed her and let me know. I’m very appreciative and happy with their services. I had pet paradise in lake Buenavista cancel on me MORNING OF and I called Red Fox explaining the situation. They took belly for the night and was a LIFE SAVER for our spontaneous Disney camping trip that my pup couldn’t attend with me. Thank you Red Fox! Will be using them again the next time I need to board my puppy

This was my first experience boarding with RFDT, and overall, I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5. We boarded our dog for 10 days, and the overall process was smooth — scheduling was easy, pricing was fair, and the service itself was great. Why not 5 stars: 1. Communication during boarding: While I appreciated that they set up a WhatsApp group initially (which made me think updates would be proactive), all communication during the stay ended up being initiated by me. I only received updates when I asked how my dog was doing. This may be standard for some facilities, but in my experience with previous in-home boarding, I’ve always received regular, unsolicited updates. 2. Drop-off timing: I had originally requested to have my pup returned the morning of my first day back and even offered to pick her up myself. While RFDT’s pickup service was fantastic, communication about drop-off timing was delayed. After following up multiple times, they confirmed a later delivery time — which was then delayed again. As someone who works in sales, I really value clear and consistent communication. That’s the main reason I’m rating this experience a 4 instead of a 5. That said, I do believe RFDT cares about their clients. They’ve acknowledged the issues I raised and promised to improve their communication and scheduling process moving forward — and I truly appreciate that kind of responsiveness in any business. Would I use RFDT again for boarding or training? Potentially, yes. I’m hopeful that with these adjustments, my next experience will be a 5-star one.

It's amazing to see that over time they recognize that you are also their safe haven and loving home when we need you. That connection with their trainers, Nicole, Sam, Claudia, and everyone at the home is incredible 😍❤️ How happy they are to return to the place where they were trained and treated with love is priceless!!! You are the best!!! 100% Recommended!!!
