Real Life K9

My 60lb 1 year old labradoodle Millie needed some help with walking on a leash and overall building her confidence. She was always so scared of new things and people. Imagine walking a 60lb dog and making sure she doesn't hurt you or anybody else. So I reached out to Real Life K9 and told them of my situation. I got her in the next class and I'm so glad I didn't wait.! When my dog came home it was like night and day! I could walk her on a leash without being yanked. She followed every command I gave. You could definitely see she learned so much while she was there. My 3 year old son even loves to walk her. Not only did Real Life K9 help my Millie but they also treated her like family. Needless to say I highly recommend Real life K9.

We were referred by mutual acquaintances when we were searching for help with mainly potty training our two dachshunds after we had tried so many things. We were immediately called by Jody and given a very thorough run down on how they operate, what all is involved, and what they needed from us. We could immediately tell after dropping them off that they would be very well taken care of. I was updated often on their status and realistic expectations of how long they would need to be there. They had so much fun along with their training. Even after picking them up I have continued to receive support when I was I doubt that we were doing things right. We will continue to recommend Real Life K9 to anyone who needs them and are so excited we found somewhere we can board our boys in the future when we travel(and feel that they are safe and well cared for!)

I had my dog trained here about three years ago. They did a fabulous job and I’ve kept up with all the techniques that they taught me. All these techniques have helped me enjoy my dog so much more. I have taken him back a couple times to be boarded and they’ve taken such good care of him while I had to be away. He even had some retraining done as well. I highly recommend taking your dog here. It’s truly nice to know that there’s a place that you can take your dog and know that they are going to be loved on and will attended to so well.

We had such an amazing experience with Real Life K9! We sent our dog, Cookie, for their 19-day training program, and the difference has been incredible. Before training, Cookie was extremely hyper, jumped on people constantly, and honestly just didn’t listen very well. We loved her so much, but we knew she needed some structure and training to help her become the best version of herself. When she came home, we were shocked at the difference! She is more calm, listens to commands, and has much better manners. It’s amazing to see how much she learned in just 19 days. You can tell that the trainers genuinely know what they’re doing and truly care about the dogs they work with. We loved that they would constantly send us pictures and updates of our girl! We are so thankful we made the decision to send Cookie to Real Life K9. They did an absolutely amazing job, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional dog training. The transformation has been incredible!
