Real Deal Kennels & K9 Training

If I could give more stars I would. I contacted Real Deal frantic after Zeus’s behavior changed due to a attack. They had quick availability for me to bring Zeus in and do an assessment on his needs and my needs to be a better leader for him After the initial assessment I enrolled him in a two week board and train where I was able to also come in and train with him a few times a week. All the trainers explained things to me in a way that made the most sense. They answered my many questions and made me feel more confidant as a pet parent. Zeus is doing great with his commands and I was given the tools to better train at home and in new environments. I was also given great advice on how to read his behavior and body language and what he is trying to tell me. Zeus will be continuing with Real Deal in advanced classes to keep us both fine tuned with training

Awesome training experience! They took great care of my Staffy, Romeo, during his 3 week training. Not only did they teach Romeo to listen to my commands and become well behaved, they taught me how my mistakes as a pet parent led him to be so wild and misbehaved. It was a massive learning experience for myself on how to be a better pet parent. So you essentially get training for yourself and for your pet throughout the whole experience! Antoine has a real talent with working with these misunderstood breeds. Highly recommend!!

When we got Violet, our 6 week old pit bull/American bulldog, we enrolled her in a basic obedience class with these guys and with one session she learned to sit lay down and respond to her name. Then at a year old we enrolled her in a 3 week boarding training program. She was not a bad dog just needed to learn more and understand how to respond better to commands. Boy did I get my moneys worth. We took Violet for an off leash walk in our neighborhood today. She stayed right by my side and responded amazing to my calls with few reminders of her collar. We left for dinner tonight and she went right in her crate and didn’t whine or bark. Normally she would have torn up something at home and we never knew what we were walking into. This is exactly what we wanted. Antwan and team are compassionate caring trainers and they really know what they are doing. They also trained me. That was most important. Thank you Real Deal. You have my trust and business for life. ❤️❤️

As a person with a disability, I felt like I was personally taken advantage of. I enrolled in what I thought was certified service animal training. Only after completing the training camp, was I told that I would not receive service animal registration unless I could prove I actually have a disability. Appallingly, I was suggested that I go to a doctor and tell them that I have either PTSD or anxiety so that I could be approved for a service animal. It disappointed me to read that text because I actually do have a disability as I am an epileptic and entitled to a service animal. I felt like I paid for what I think is a fraudulent service animal training camp when there was no intent to have my dog certified as a service animal. No amount of follow-ups or check-ins would help in having my dog signed off as a service animal in the end. I felt like my only recourse as a person with a disability was to seek legal action against the matter.
