He has done an excellent job training me to properly handle the 2 pups separately and together 😊. He offers group classes on the weekends which are a perfect time to practice everything we’ve been working on. I am constantly impressed with his knowledge on how to manage “problems” as they arise. I was referred to him by an old friend who said he was a lifesaver for correcting her two crazy dogs’ bad behaviors and she was right! It is amazing to me how he is able to help owners manage through aggression issues or shyness/fearful issues creating dogs who can participate in everyday life with their owners.

We had one session at cabelas and scheduled a session at my house where her reactivity is the worst for 1130. He said he could come earlier so I sent my address which nobody ever had issues with, and he said he didn’t have time and could no longer come but I could come to group class when I was unavailable. Laskas reactivity in the home has not improved. I had to have hip surgery and have been out of work for 3 months. I asked Lance for $700 back because he never finished her lessons and ghosted us. No response. He has a money back guarantee. I referred 2 family members to him but now they won’t be using him because he essentially stole money from me. It’s a bummer because she made strides but our goal was for rovers to be able to let her out and for me to have friends and family over and none of that was solved.
