Once again, thank you for the great customer service and laser fast delivery, and for correcting my ordering mistake at no charge! I never thought that I would use a long line so frequently. Notta has very good recall skills except when she sees a squirrel or chipmunk, and without having a fenced in yard I use the 30 foot long line when we are outside playing and it gives me the opportunity to grab the lead if she is starting to focus on something else and give her a correction. I use the 15' and now my new 20' long line for casual walks in the park or in the woods when I want to let her explore and smell at her own pace. I use the 6' lead for structured walks. The interesting thing that I find is that Notta knows what lead she has on. When she is on a long line she knows it's okay to explore and roam a bit, but she understands that it's important to check in with me periodically and whenever she is on a short lead she knows it's time to walk nicely right next to me. The material is great, easy to grip, does not tangle and cleans up easily.

I have two rescue dogs both of them have issues with being anxious and one is very fearful of all people except me...her fear seems to be partly genetic. I have worked with 3 other trainers, two were somewhat helpful and one not so much. After meeting with Ray I feel I have some good tools to move forward to help both dogs. While I realize my fearful dog will still have her struggles I believe the information Ray shared with me will allow her to have a much better and more comfortable life. I wish I had found Ray the first time I was looking for a trainer. Thanks Ray
