Very poor customer service. I have called twice about getting my puppy into their puppy classes. The first call the woman i spoke to told me the owners would contact me. After a week i never received a call back. So i called again. I spoke to the same woman and she said the owners have been really busy and that it was easier for them to email me. Well after almost after another week i still have not received an email. I think "really busy" is a poor excuse for a business owner to not return a potential customers phone calls.
