Carolyn worked a miracle when she trained our two golden retrievers!! Jack was an overly excitable dog and constantly jumped on people whenever they would visit. Maggie followed his lead thus causing more stress on me trying to reign them in. We also could not get them to walk on a leash without constantly pulling and tugging. After their two-week training course, both dogs are now responsive to commands, and they walk with good behavior on a leash! Carolyn even took both of them to Bass Pro Shop and had a picture made with Santa! I highly recommend this company!! I cannot praise Carolyn enough for what she did for Jack, Maggie, and US!

Tucker attended a three week board and train with Josh and Dana. Before this course, we couldn’t walk him without excessive pulling, distraction, and him dragging us if there was an animal or a person. He is also super reactive to people passing by, even when he’s inside. Since returning to us, we have been able to walk him peacefully, in front of all sorts of animals without him reacting or pulling us. We have worked on reinforcing his behavior, such has making him go to his place to prevent his reaction. I am so happy with this good boy, as I was losing hope with him before he left.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I THOUGHT with my 50 years of dog training I knew what I was doing. Carolyn showed me a different, more positive way to train. I think I learned more than my dog. She is so knowledgeable, patient, caring and fantastic trainer. When I had questions outside of training class she was there for me. Please consider this group when looking for outstanding trainers who care about your experience AND your pups experience.

We have 3 rescue pups who are all older, two that are 6 and one who is pushing 10. When the 10 year old attacked our neighbors dog we were left with two options. I wasn't sure if Quality K9 Concepts would be able to help with him running off. I am so happy we tried before taking the drastic route. After only a few sessions we saw improvement. He no longer runs out the door and listens when he is given instruction. We put two of our dogs in training, one was incredibly anxious and even though we didn't sign him up for training Josh and Dana gave us a ton of tips to help his anxiety. They were an amazing couple to work with. By the time all was said and done everyone in the home is able to work with the dogs, even our 9 year old. Once my husband and I had everything down they worked one on one with both of my kids (14 and 9) to make sure they were comfortable and were able to walk the dogs and not the dog walk them. I would 100% recommend Quality K9 Concepts to all dog owners!
