Purpose Driven K9 Dog Training

There won’t be enough space on here to tell you all the great things about PDK9 and Margaret and Melvin. They were highly recommended so I reached out and it was one of the best decisions I made. Archie was timid and unsure about the big world around him. After a consult. He was set up with a program that would best suite him. Thru dedication, patience, knowledge and over all genuine care, Margaret and Melvin went above and beyond. It was great to see the confidence improve each week thru each training session. But not only did Archie get some guidance. I did as well. I was given the tools and was educated on how to continue with Archie afterwards. Even tho the training sessions are completed. They are always available and there for future needs. Thank you Margaret and Melvin for all you’ve done and continue to do. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed!

We took our 8-month-old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier here for a one-week Board and Train, and it was such a great experience. He was a pretty nervous puppy so the team was flexible and we were able to drop him off before work and pick up after (which we really appreciated!!). From the first consultation, we could tell they really know dogs and truly care about them. Margaret was so helpful and provided lots of knowledge and tips, even during the consultation! They listened to what we wanted to work on and tailored everything to fit Bunker’s needs. He needed help building confidence and establishing good behaviors. They were also very supportive and helpful when we mentioned specific concerns. When we picked him up, we saw a big difference. He was more confident and more focused. They also made sure we knew how to keep up the training at home, which we really appreciated. We felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares and gets great results.

Margaret and Melvin are kind, experienced, and sweet dog trainers!, Being a 74 year old lady, I was beginning to think I made a mistake in adopting my 7 month old Irish Goldendoodle … although I loved her so much. Nica was very high energy & difficult to control. I enrolled her in the Board and Train and noticed Margaret and Melvin don’t just train dogs, but they help you understand your dog from your dog’s perspective…why she reacts in certain ways, etc. Throughout Nica’s training, they kept a watchful eye on the dogs AND their trainer, thereby helping any puppy or their owner that was struggling. They were so instrumental in helping me discover minute details to better handle her. They gave personal attention during group training whenever they observed anyone of in the group struggling. I can’t tell you how many times they helped Nica and me! 😊 Nica was always excited when she saw Margaret, Melvin or Gracie! Margaret and Melvin LOVE dogs, and dogs LOVE them!!❤️❤️ Nica LOVED them! ❤️❤️ I am proud to say Nica is a graduate of Purpose Driven K9!!! … and yes, I kept my special fur baby!!!
