Susan was so great and massively improved our life and the life of our pup! Everything we wanted addressed got so SO much better and I think we’re set up for continued success with our pooch for years to come. Our dog is leash aggressive and reactive but thankfully with Susan’s guidance, we got the tools we needed to manage our dog so walks are no longer a nightmare. After an incident with another dog, Susan built back our confidence to be able to introduce our pup to having other dogs in the room with her (which we have now done!). Play dates aren’t a pipe dream anymore. It’s clear how many years of experience she has because she is an absolute wealth of knowledge!

Christina came to our house to walk us through the basics of what we needed to train our puppy best. She was personable, patient (with our kids), and very knowledgeable. She made recommendations that were right for our needs, not just right for her bottom line, and adapted her training to what we needed, rather than what we originally planned. Great team setting it up, and great service.
