FirstBarkWe have a large (and in charge!) 7 month old, 65 pound rescue. Amanda has been wonderful with our Otis, working with us one-on-one on his walks and interactions with humans and other pups. She always takes time to recap what we’ve learned so far and has set a perfect base to build new skills upon. Otis is smitten with Amanda and we are definitely going to call on her again!

We can’t say enough good things about Susan!! She has helped us so much with training our anxious little pup to be less reactive (and to not bark) around people & other dogs. We are thrilled that the positive reinforcement Susan taught us has worked so well to calm our dog Lady and now she is able to enjoy things like house visitors, dog parks and coffee shops- all of which were super stressful for her before. I highly recommend using Susan for dog training- she is professional, organized, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and just an overall wonderful and kind human being that I (and my pup) looked forward to seeing for our training sessions!

We have two rescue pups that are amazing. One needed some extra help with leash reactivity and resource guarding. Within five sessions (and lots of practice on our own), Susan had our sweet girl feeling calm and confident around meal times in addition to walking well on leash both solo and with her rescue brother. After every session, Susan sent a detailed email of the skills we worked on accompanied with PDFs and videos to assist with practice. She makes training fun and gets you to your goal as quickly (and safely) as she can. I have and will continue to recommend Susan for everyone's dog training. She is a gem! We are so fortunate to have found Purely Positive! 💜
