Pupsties is our go-to for boarding and training in Houston! During a recent trip, Alejandro boarded my mom's dog for 10 days. From day one, he took the time to incorporate her into his pack and ensure she was getting the stimulation she needed. She had a lot of issues with pulling my mom on walks, but Alejandro was able to work with her and recommend a better leash set up. My mom has seen a marked improvement in her walking and Gigi seems happier to be getting more walks. We are getting our own puppy and my daughter has already requested that Alejandro shows her how to walk her dog.

I'd highly recommend working with Alejandro. His passion for dogs and upbeat nature makes the training engaging and enjoyable. He has a tremendous depth of knowledge with extensive experience in a wide range of training and behavioral situations. He teaches so much more than just sit and stay and educates owners about dogs and proper dog ownership. Looking forward to continue working on remedying unwanted doggy behavior at home! It was a pleasure to work with Alejandro.

Alejandro really took the time to understand my dog and the dynamics within my household. He provided effective methods to elicit the good behaviors that make my dog a great part of the family. He showed me how to understand the body language of my dog to be able to understand their state of mind in a given situation which has in turn improved my handling of the dog and that leads to more relaxed enjoyable walks.

After only two sessions with Alejandro I noticed significant improvement with my dog! My dog is a very large reactive Boxer mix and being close to 100 pounds he completely overpowered me. With his training I can confidently say that control is definitely obtainable. My dog walks besides me and doesn’t pull or drag me across the mud anymore. Alejandro also thought me how to better understand my dog, his behaviors and those factors that trigger his reactivity and ultimately how to control it. I am so happy and blessed with the results, I cannot recommend Alejandro more!!!
