Alejandro was phenomenal. Not only did he take the time to get to know our pup, he also took time to get to know us so he could figure out our home dynamic. He was patient and incredibly attentive, and made us feel comfortable to ask any question or voice any concern. He spent three hours with us and the length of the session was perfect so he could see most of an evening routine. That allowed him to show us how to incorporate training into everyday life and for us to actually work through the time together, instead of being coached on techniques then being sent home to work on them ourselves. He praised our pup when she started picking up on the lessons, but also us when we figured out a technique which helped boost our confidence tremendously. He left us with the list of things we discussed, reassurance that we could contact him with any follow up questions if we struggle with something, and also reassurance in our dog and our ability to help her reach her full potential. We’re incredibly excited to start working on all of the things he recommended and won’t hesitate to contact him again for this dog or any future ones. Alejandro was incredible and we saw a huge improvement in just a couple hours! He truly is a master at what he does and he made the the information understandable and approachable for us. He provided us with countless exercises for us to continue training with our dogs and we are excited to continue working with our dogs. We had a dog who would pull on his leash constantly, after Alejandro spent 20 minutes with him he was able to walk without pulling — night and day difference!
