Puppies Pause Training

I was at a program where they also use a part of the building to train the dogs. An we had an issue with 2 of her clients. A rottie was coming up the call and a lab down it the dogs where barking, growling and pulling looked like a fight was going to break out. My child was in the hall pressed against the wall scared because he had no way to remove himself. The trainer did NOTHING! It wasn't until I said if my child gets hurt it won't be pretty. THEN the owner of the lab removed her dog. After the lab was removed the rottie left. I heard the trainer make commints about how the rottie was so misunderstood that he was such a sweet dog ect and started laughing about the whole thing. This is NOT a traing school you want to use. I mean who laughs about a child standing in the middle where 2 dogs are barking and growling with no way to safely get away. We are at the building on a weekly bases and it's sad when this kind of stuff happens as well a owner was on her second round of training and the dog is still pulling her around the hall which should also have been addressed.. I have worked with dog trainers and trained dogs myself. The 3rd time I saw dog pulling the lady I showed her what to do and with in less than 5mins I got the dog to stop pulling..
