Let me start by saying we've had other trainers in the past but THIS is the only trainer who I feel like has taken the time to really get to know our girl. Brandi comes to our environment and works in the home which makes a huge difference. Honestly Brandi changed our lives. Our sweet dog Pepper was very reactive towards other dogs, had no direction on walks, even would yank me down the road. She even twisted my ankle because she yanked me so hard on a walk and I fell off a curb. She can now follow my commands and checks in with me regularly. Her reactivity has even gone down.
