Susan does a fantastic job teaching, whether it's on-line or in person! She is organized, knowledgeable and makes the class fun. I love the fact that we work together as a class, learning from each other, but also that she is attentive to each of us with our own pet and challenges. Hands DOWN, Susan is best trainer in the Twin Cities!
I highly recommend Susan at pupdogs training. She has taught me the value of positive reinforcement for my puppy. My puppy is still young but i feel like she is growing into a well-behaved dog thanks to the training knowledge that I have gained from Susan's classes.

Susan has been an awesome listener. She recaps every session with documented notes and exercises. Very professional and reliable. Love being able to work virtually with her. Would highly recommend Susan to friends and family.

My whole family came to every class and they helped each one of us. You can tell how much they truly love working with dogs. They also problem solved an issue I recently had and have me resources. I want to have more dogs just to go to dog training! You will not be disappointed taking your dog here!
