10 stars!!!! We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Found. We started with the pup start program when Rocco was a few months old and have progressed through the many programs they have to offer. EVERYONE from the front desk to the trainers are EXCELLENT! You get an immediate sense of ease knowing the team truly cares about your fur baby and genuinely love what they do. The first step was a thoughtful meeting with Val to assess Rocco and us too, and to go through expectations. We received a personal video everyday on what he did at school that day which was so great to come home to! You know exactly what you are paying for, and what happens all day at school. Not only has Rocco learned but we have too! I HIGHLY recommend!

The Puppy Imprinting program is amazing! Living in a high rise elevator building I was hesitant to take on the early days of puppy training. I researched programs and decided on Found based upon their training credentials and outstanding reviews. My puppy participated in the 4 week Puppy Imprinting program and came back to me a happy and well adjusted crate and potty trained pup! She also learned many other basic pup skills which we are working on reinforcing at home. Jen was our trainer and she is simply amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Jen or the program. Highly recommend, especially for anyone nervous about puppy training.. which can be daunting! We plan on continuing with Pup Start and more advanced training. Thank you Jen and Found!

Our experience at Pup Start has been fantastic. Jen and her team are dog savants. The training, communication, and overall commitment to the mission of not only training the dogs but helping the owners is beyond impressive. We adopted a Pit Bull puppy that while sweet exhibited increasingly difficult behaviors to manage but within the first few weeks of Pup Start the changes were instantly noticeable. From the first conversation with Jen Smith it was apparent this was a legitimate and first class operation. If you're thinking about training or just feeling overwhelmed give Pup Start some consideration - we did and we're never going anywhere else.

We adopted our energetic six-month-old puppy, Poppy, from Paws in July and proactively enrolled her in PupStart+ shortly afterward for a six-week foundational training program. Having had prior experience with intensive dog training programs for our senior dog, we were thrilled to find that PupStart+ is truly exceptional. The trainers, especially Jen Smith and Jen Bhasker, were not only professional and knowledgeable but also deeply dedicated to the success and well-being of each dog. We were also very impressed with the Found facilities, which were clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to support both dogs and their owners. Poppy seemed to love the trainers too. The program structure was outstanding, with clear goals, tailored training sessions, and invaluable personalized training videos. Rather than providing generic instructions, PupStart+ created customized videos featuring Poppy, suited to her unique needs and progress. By the end of the initial six weeks, Poppy's results were so remarkable that we decided to enroll her for another six weeks, completing a total of 12 weeks. She graduated this past Friday, and we now have a dog who reliably follows commands; she even comes when called in a busy dog park—a first for us! Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue working with PupStart+/Found to further her training, with the goal of possibly achieving true off-leash obedience some day. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend PupStart+ and the Found team to anyone looking for dog training.

We are so grateful for Val and the team at Pup Start! Our now 6 month old puppy completed 6 weeks of training and we’ve seen so much improvement in his behavior. Our pup was initially sweet, but was very mischievous and completely lacked impulse control. He would nip and jump on us constantly despite frequent exercise, training, etc. at home. The consistent training routine at Pup Start nipped those naughty behaviors in the bud. Our boy is now great on leash and much better about keeping his paws on the ground and his mouth to himself. The team sends videos every day so we can keep up on progress and it was very clear our dog loved all the trainers and other dogs! Definitely worth the money.
