My wife and I took our second dog, now a 7 mo. Puppy to Pupstart and it was a great experience. Our little boy is very capable and growing up quickly, happily, and healthy and the foundations and program regimen not only assisted our pup with confidence and obedience, but also helped him better forge a connection with our 7 year old dog. Day care program had a wide drop off and pick up window. The staff are fantastic and helped us reinforce the lessons and guidance our pup received. Also, most importantly, our pup loved it!

Our experience with PupStart has been such a positive and rewarding way to begin our journey with our pup, Desmond. From day one, the program provided a strong foundation and clear guidance that set us up for success. Jennifer and Chloe are absolutely wonderful. They truly care about each dog’s individual progress and make the effort to understand different personalities and learning styles. Their attention to detail and genuine investment in the dogs’ development really stands out. They are also consistently available to answer questions and offer thoughtful advice, which made a huge difference as a new dog parent. Over the 12-week course, I’ve seen a real transformation in Desmond. He has matured noticeably, gained confidence, and developed invaluable skills that will serve him (and us!) for years to come. The structure, consistency, and supportive environment at PupStart made all the difference. I’m so grateful we chose this program to start Desmond off on the right paw. It has given us tools, knowledge, and reassurance that every dog owner hopes for when raising a happy, well-adjusted companion.

We sent our French Bulldog puppy for imprinting with Jen at PupStart and are so glad we did! From the first phone call, Jen patiently answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process. We felt so comfortable with her and knew our pup would be in great hands. The imprinting program was well-structured and Jen communicated with us all the time. We received multiple demonstration videos each week and went for in-person sessions weekly. The program was great for socializing our puppy to people and other dogs. She matured so much! Thanks Jen and PupStart - we highly recommend you!
