Pup-A-Razzi

The receptionist thought I was on hold, and there were three or four ladies talking about customers . And the conversation was bashing people that bring their dogs in there for service and how us customers are horrible and annoying. Next time they should make sure a customer that’s put on hold can’t hear their conversations bashing people that trust them with their animals that are family to them . I just asked for my dogs ears to be left long and one of the groomers took offense after she did not leave her ears long after two visits that I used someone else and the conversation was heard . Bad and unprofessional of all the girls that we’re talking. Needless to say I suggest thinking twice taking your pup here.

We tried two other training facilities before we found Pup-A-Razzi. We have an extremely hyper, unfocused border collie mix who just gets so excited that you can't contain him. The first class here is a human class, no dogs allowed. They give you so much AMAZING info and you won't even realize how helpful it is until later in training. Second class you bring your doggie and I'm not going to lie it was so stressful, I cried and told my husband I thought we should leave. But the staff here were so supportive. They convinced me to stick with it. Keep coming. They assured me he would calm down, especially if I worked on the things we were learning. And OMG we have come so far after 6 weeks! He's still crazy but we are able to get his attention. He will sit, during class and look at us instead of the other dogs. He looks to me for direction now and is always eager to be a good boy. Plus I feel like I found a great community here who is really rooting for our dog to be successful. I just can't recommend them enough!!!
