I would give this business a zero I I could. We had one session with my puppy. I thought she was very talented and was able to get my puppy to do what she asked. We were ready to book more sessions including some daycare sessions. She called me before the session to tell me that one of her other dogs got loose and maybe they were on my street. She called to see if I could help. Thank goodness, they found the dog. The next day, I expressed concern about another dog getting loose. I wanted to know what the protocols were to make sure dogs wouldn’t get loose before we left our dog in her care. She accused me of tainting her name. Not sure to whom as I had spoken to no one I wanted to know what happens if my dog got loose. I’m new to the daycare thing and wanted to be assured that Coco would be safe. I found the response unprofessional
