They take the time to get to know each dog individually, tailoring their approach to what works best for them. Even during the group socials, the trainers dedicated time to work one-on-one with each dog, which made a huge difference. What I appreciated most about PrimePaw was how much they focused on teaching me as well. As a first-time dog owner, I needed guidance, and they became an invaluable resource for helping me build a strong bond with my dog while learning the skills I needed. Primepaw has really helped our puppy, Harper, an energetic and eager standard Schnauzer to be a calm, responsive, and engaged member of the household! Harper went to their puppy play school and adolescent academy. Every single time she hopped out of the car to walk in the door, she shook with excitement. The entire team gives excellent feedback on what they've worked on that day with Harper, how she did, and how we can best replicate and continue training at home. They're incredibly patient answering any and all questions we had. They also had terrific and creative suggestions to help with challenges we were having.
