This place is amazing with your dog. Lucy did the 30 day board and train. What a difference in my Girl. She hangs out with the big dogs, goes on group walk, i never though she would do any of those things.Luciano Jr thank you so much for all your hardwork with Lucy. Worth every single penny. They are accomdating, professionally and are a small family, Veteran, owned business in Hawthorne. I am so happy to give them my business in return I received an amazing well trained dog .Thank you to everyone there.I aways know Luce is in good.hands here at PK9, and so will your dog.and they don't care what kind of dog it is. No prejudice just dog love. They also have a great dog wash that you can do yourself, or they can do for you.

****DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE**** While waiting for my dogs during the temperament test I heard my dog barking and a man shushing him. After a few mins of hearing this and things getting rattled sound loudly in the back. I walked back to see what was going on to find the janitor HITTING my dog with his wheeled mop bucket. After screaming at him to stop and wanting my dog back the “acting manager” came and was rude and disrespectful to me. He refused to give me my dogs. I had to physically unleash my dog and grab him from him. I demanded to get my other dog. This “manager” was rude and incredibly unprofessional saying the janitor didn’t actually “hit” my dog he was just pushing him. Regardless I finally got my dogs after the “manager” shoved a gate towards me. I called the police and animal control to file a complaint. Not only was this abuse to my dog but assault towards me. I hope this place gets shut down.

We originally were looking for boarding over the holidays and a daycare place in a convenient place for us, and we also wanted to eventually get training. Over the holidays they were so flexible with his boarding as our flights got cancelled multiple times and we had to have our corgi, Max, stay about 5 days extra than we originally signed up for. After that, we signed up for the day-in training with group classes and our corgi loved it. He worked so well there and everything with training was explained well. They took time with every question and addressed any concerns we had (also AWESOME that they quickly reply to FB messages too!). Our corgi also LOVES daycare there and we've never had any issues whatsoever. He always comes in ready to give the staff some love and is smiling when we come pick him up. The only thing I wish they had was cameras to watch him at daycare, but that's it! Presidential K9 is awesome with their daycare, boarding, and with their training, and I highly recommend them (especially if you have a dog as stubborn as our corgi.) Thank you guys for all you do!
