We highly recommend Precision Canine Performance dog training. We could not be more pleased to have had Tony and Lillie as part of our dog’s support team. Our dog, Trooper, was an anxious dog who blossomed under Tony and Lillie’s expertise. The individual private lessons in our own home made the biggest difference. In addition, the field trips were a great experience for us and Trooper to improve his interactions with new and unfamiliar situations. Our family was educated about proper dog ownership. With each session Trooper was able to build more skills and we have seen him become more comfortable in his own skin. Since we have been with Tony and Lillie, we have gained confidence in our handling skills. The training experience was comfortable, not rushed, and what we have learned is invaluable. Tony and Lillie took time to answer all of our questions and remain available for ongoing support. It’s evident they treat every dog individually and are incredibly supportive. Their patience and willingness to enter a true partnership with us was phenomenal. Besides being Trooper’s trainer and boarder, we have gained a friend. We truly cannot thank Tony and Lillie for their guidance.

I adopted Zara from a German Shepherd rescue when she was six months old. She is the second dog I have ever owned, and the first puppy. She is a sweet, beautiful girl, but she was an absolute puppy nightmare! She had all the bad puppy behaviors and was impossible to walk on a leash. I was terrified to walk her because she was so reactive to every dog that came into view. She would bark, pull, wrap around me, and go absolutely crazy! For 18 months, every day was a struggle that included tears. Every single day. And then along came Tony! From our initial consultation, I felt total trust in Tony. The moment he walked in the door he had complete control of Zara . I had never seen her like that before. As we worked together and I practiced daily, I discovered that Zara is a quick learner. She was eager for instruction and wanted to please. The truth is, Tony taught me more than he taught Zara. He helped me relax and gain confidence with handling her. I came to realize that she was feeding off my anxiety. Tony is a tough taskmaster. He requires work from both owner and canine, but behind it is total professionalism. He is attentive, sincere, caring, and ultimately wants the best outcome for both the dog and the owner. Both Tony and Lillie have gone out of their way to help and support Zara and I every step of the way. I now think of them as not just dog trainers, but caring friends. I am happy to report that after 20+ sessions and lots of hard work, Zara is now the fabulous girl I was hoping for. This sweet 2 year old girl is still full of puppy energy, but it is now under control. She brings me nothing but joy every day… no more tears! They have changed my life! We rescued Lacey at two years old; we needed more information on her background. Because Lacy goes everywhere with us, we noticed she was aggressive towards other dogs and became difficult to control. After looking for a trainer, I found Tony and Lily. I knew I had the right people from the first meeting for the job. Tony has trained Lacey and taught me to be a better dog owner. Tony has taught me the triggers that made Lacey reactive, and we have come a long way. My wife and I are still training and learning to be better dog owners because we want what's best for Lacey.

I adopted a dog and wasn’t given very much information about her. I found out on the second day that she was EXTREMELY REACTIVE. And it continued everyday I took her for a walk. I knew that I needed help to deal with her behavior because I wasn’t going to take her back to the shelter. I found Precision Canine Performance. I was confident after reading the reviews that this is where she could get the help she so desperately needed. I called Lilly and she reassured me that Tony could help her. She completed her eight week training and I was very impressed by how much her behavior had changed. I then moved to a new house after having her for only 6 months and her reactive behavior was back on Day 1. I called Tony for help and he started her on the off-leash training. His training methods made me feel that her behavior would slowly change. I saw results on the first day. He taught me how to walk her on a leash around 2 other dogs and she acted like she didn’t even care that the dogs were there. She has now moved on with her training at Sims Park, and again, I am impressed by how much progress she has made. She has learned how to ignore other dogs and I am much more confident when we go for a walk. I’m not sure she will ever have any dog friends, but she will always have me. I am so thankful I found Tony and Lilly. They are the best trainers for a reactive dog. I also recommend the boarding service. My dog gets so excited when I tell her we are going to see Tony and Lilly and I know she is well cared for when she is there.
