I can not say enough great things about our pups stay here at Creekside Resort. We were offered a day of daycare to get them used to the staff and place before we actually boarded them. I honestly think this helped to acclimate them to their boarding stay. Seeing as this was their first ever vacation away from home, I'll admit we were a bit nervous. I called and or emailed on the daily and they were very reassuring to me that they were doing well. When minor a issues arose, we talked about different ways to fix it. Never did I feel like a bother for checking in on them. They had playtime out together and were roomed right next to another as they are so bonded. We also were able to see daily photos of them on social media while they were there. There wasn't even a decompressing phase once we picked them up. It was like they never left home in the first place . I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone who is looking to board. The photo with this review was one they took and posted during their stay. Many many thanks to them for taking such amazing care of furry kids.
