Colleen has helped our adult /senior dog,Jazzie by teaching us tips and tricks to train her ( and us) . She is leash reactive ,especially if she sees other dogs. Working with Colleen was easy and fun, She is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. We learned to recognize the dog signals that indicate Jazz is at her threshold and how to remove us/her from the situation. After several sessions Jazzie was able to demonstrate several commands and could stay calm when putting her harness and leash on to get ready to walk. She walks much better on the leash now. We highly recommend Positive Interactions Dog Behavior and Training, and Colleen and hope to work with her again to keep fresh and reinforce Jazzie's training,

Our experiences with Colleen have been great. Colleen was very attentive to our our rescue dog, Barney. Barney had all kinds of challenges when we first got him, such as housebreaking, fear of. cars, and challenges with walking on leash. Colleen was very thoughtful with her training delivery. There were many tools Colleen taught us to better manage Barney's behavior. I appreciated the write ups after our sessions as they provided a nice recap of was taught. Friendly and willing to address any questions we had, Colleen was very easy to work with and valued what we wanted to work on with Barney. Colleen uses positive reinforcement and reward-based training. We appreciated Colleens expertise and we intend on using her again.

Colleen is wonderful. I wanted to get myself a rescue dog and even before I looked, she helped me understand what to look for in a dog that would be good for me as a senior owner. After I got my precious little 4 year old dog, Colleen came to my home and helped Molly and me. I look forward to having additional time with Colleen to help us with further commands. She is so good with dogs, and she is definitely a 5 star trainer.
