Pooch Pawsitive Dog Training

I am very, very happy with Pooch Pawsitive Dog Training. I have a 7 month old puppy that absolutely loves going here. The staff is very professional and all are educated in canine behavior. This dog training school offers a variety of classes and I strongly recommend if anyone needs help with raising a puppy, has a dog that needs behavior issues attended to or if you simply need daycare for your pup. The staff adapts to all dog personalities and this school only encourages positive behavior.

We recently had to move away and absolutely miss everyone there! We haven't found anywhere that cares about Kero the same way that PoochPawsitive does. The staff all knew her and recognized her immediately whenever they saw her! Kero also tends to prefer human attention, and she absolutely loved going to daycare so that always showed me how much care and attention she was getting at PoochPawsitive. They also take the heath of everyone seriously. We really appreciated how clean the facility always was, and the extra steps they took to try and keep everyone in daycare healthy. We always think fondly of everyone there! The Instagram reels and Christmas were always the highlights in our days.

The staff at Pooch Pawsitive are absolutely top notch, good, compassionate people with a focus on customer service and a huge love for the dogs! They are also open to working breeds and some other breeds I've seen excluded from other facilities. Heidi, the owner-operator and head trainer knows her stuff. Frankly, I wish we could clone her and have every puppy work a few months with her. The amount of dog/dog and dog/people conflict in the world would probably drop to near zero! Meghan, the daycare manager, is an honest-to-god delight. She is funny, bright, and exudes an air of confidence that would make even the most OCD/A-type personality (me!) comfortable. I'd trust her with almost anything! Kella, the on-site puppy academy trainer is a breath of fresh air, who isn't tired or bored with training like you see in some training centers. She loves the puppies, gives good feedback and is empathic to all your puppy woes. She's also very real with you on what you're doing wrong and what needs to be corrected. Thomas is one of the daycare staff who also helps run the puppy socials (which everyone with a puppy should sign up for ASAP!). I never thought we'd be okay using a daycare facility, but seeing Thomas's love and compassion with the dogs, and his honesty and work ethic really sold us in. Everyone here is lovely and trustworthy, and we absolutely love that we found them. The facility is great and very safe, the dogs leave happy and tired, and we'll be customers of Pooch Pawsitive for as long as they'll take us :)
