Pluto's Pals Pet Care

We can’t thank Michelle enough for everything she has done for our family and most of all for our 2 dogs, Nikita and Big Rig. We rescued Kita 2 years ago after spending 3 years (her whole life) at a shelter. We never truly knew what an insecure, afraid dog was until we got her. We gained her trust little by little but her fear of strangers got worse. She barked at everyone - it was hard to have family and friends over because she constantly barked at them. So - we got another dog to help her - Big Rig, 4 mos old. Rigged helped but she too was picking up some of Kita’s fear. That’s when we reached out to Michelle. Her boot camp was a game changer for both dogs and us! They are SO much happier and Kita actually will go up and greet people now! Their recall is perfect and our walks are so enjoyable. Michelle also works with us so we can re-enforce all their training and continue building Kita’s trust and live in the present!! Thank you so much Michelle! You and the pack are part of our family!

I spent a really long time researching a safe and reliable boarding/day care for my pup. After going through over a dozen websites, FB/Google/Yelp reviews, I decided to take him to Pluto’s. Pricier than the other dog boarders in comparison but I couldn’t have made a better choice. Michelle knew exactly how anxious and afraid I was feeling leaving him behind (he’s never been away from home) and she really put my mind at ease the entire time he was in her care. She communicated several times a day, and I always looked forward to checking her IG posts to see what they were up to. Most importantly, my boy looked so happy with the pack and it was so heartwarming to see. When it was time to pick him up, I was very excited to be reunited with him but at the same time I felt sad that he had to leave his new friends behind. I’m hoping to be able to take him back for some play days when the new location is ready. A million thanks to Michelle for taking very good care of him. He had such a fun time!!

Our girl Candace (Cocker Spaniel) was afraid of many things and had some behaviors that we needed help in learning how to correct and to help Candace be her best self. We found Pluto’s Pals on the internet and liked what we saw. Met the owner Michelle and liked her immediately and signed up for some one on one training then decided it would be best to send her to Bootcamp. Best choice ever in regards to Candace. She came back home a better behaved girl and we her parents understood what we needed to do to help her. I would give Michelle and Pluto’s Pals 10 stars but they only gave me 5 😟.

Michelle was amazing with my pup Lucy. Lucy is a very insecure and anxious dog, but Michelle and Pluto’s really helped her transform and shine. She loved pack days and boarding, and I loved seeing her play on Instagram. Unfortunately, I had to move home to Texas, but I still see the effect Pluto’s had on Lucy. We still use Michelle’s training everyday, and I would definitely still be using Pluto’s if I hadn’t had to move. Michelle is amazing and really cares about every dog in her pack. We were desperate to find someplace for our Pongo to go while we were at Walt Disney World. We had previously booked a pet sitter who had to cancel cancel the day before we arrived, and we were panicked. Michelle made room for Pongo right away, without compromising her high standards for health and safety. She regularly updated us on how he was doing throughout the trip, and sent lots of pictures. She also posted lots of video on her Instagram so we could always see how he was doing. As an added bonus, she trimmed his nails, which we hadn't been able to do in awhile! I think Pongo had even more fun on his vacation than we did! You could see the joy on his face as he played with all his new puppy pals. He came back to us completely exhausted, but very happy. We would give Pluto's Pals 10 stars if that was an option!
