In one word: This is the place for you pup, don’t look at anywhere else. I’ve boarded my fur baby, Link at serval boarding facilities/pet resorts with 24-7 camera access throughout the years, spending 100$/day. But Link never seems to like any of the places I chose. He never plays with other dogs, or looks relaxed. (Picture 1) He’d get anxious as soon as he realizes where he’s going. And the moment we’re at the front desk, he’s already pulling towards the door asking to leave which makes me feel so sad. After moving to FL, I struggled to find a place that I feel I can trust and Link would actually be happy while we’re out of town until I found Pluto’s Pal. Michelle is such a life saver and I’m so happy and grateful for her. Link makes friends, plays and runs around like he’s at home. I smile every time I see the pictures and videos of Link and the Pack. Dogs don’t talk, but their behaviors don’t lie. (See pictures) As far as medical history/ vaccination proofs/ proof of preventatives, it really speaks for how much Michelle cares about the health and safety of the Pack, including Link. It’s necessary. We’re planning a long trip this summer, and I know Link will have a good staycation with his furiends and Michelle while we enjoy ours.

I highly recommend Michelle and Pluto’s Pals Pet Care for all your puppy and dog needs. Our puppy has been attending pack days for the past 6 months. He gets excited every time he sees Michelle. He has learned to behave and socialize with other dogs during pack days. He’s spent a few weekends with her when we’ve gone out of town. Our family was first time dog owners. Naturally, we had many questions. Michelle has been very helpful and responsive with all our questions and concerns.

Thank you Michelle for hosting my sweet girl, Sophie for 3 days! From start to finish, Michelle communicated effectively, first calling and asking really thoughtful questions about my pup’s behavior at home. She also educated me on basic training and behavioral aspects, which I appreciated. She took all the necessary precautions by ensuring all pack members are vaccinated and are current on preventative treatments (heart-worm/flea & tick). Upon their initial meeting, Sophie immediately took to Michelle’s calm nature. Being pretty picky about where my dog stays for extended periods of time, I was immediately reassured that she was in great hands. Michelle constantly sent updates about Sophie, administered medication with no issues and was able to get my girl to eat from day 1 (she typically goes on hunger strikes when in a new environment). She allowed my girl to move at her own pace and even accommodated her need to be super close to a human, until she warmed up to the pack. I’m definitely looking forward to utilizing her training services in the near future, so we can continue building Sophie’s confidence when around other furry friends of all sizes. Michelle is incredible. We moved here late 2022 and it was hard to find a good daycare/boarding facility (there are many options to choose from, but none seemed to have the quality I was looking for). I found Michelle, called her, and Kobe made it into the pack a couple days later! He absolutely loves it there and I appreciate Michelle’s approach - she emphasizes training and fun! She’s also the only person that’s been able to trim his nails, which we’ve always had a hard time with. I travel 45 min one-way to get to her so that says a lot about my trust. You’ll definitely get the full package with Michelle!
