Pluto's Pals Pet Care

Pluto's Pals has been such a wonderful find for our Golden Retriever. We've used Pluto's for both Daycare and Boarding and it's always a wonderful experience. Our pup gets to swim, run, and play with her friends in a safe and fun environment. Pluto's Pals posts on social media all day so you can watch your doggo have a blast, and are very responsive to texts for questions or scheduling. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about Pluto's Pals. They are the best! Our rescue dog Ginger started going to Pluto's Pals about seven months ago. We do not know Ginger's experience from her past life, but we do know that she was not well socialized. We suspect she came from a breeding operation, and her fear of interacting with other dogs was evident. We started off sending her to much larger daycare facilities, and she did ok, but we always felt like more of a number than a name. They did not really know Ginger and her personality since she was just one of 100 other dogs. I saw a suggestion for Pluto's Pals on Facebook and I could not be more grateful. I sent Michelle an email, and she almost immediately got back to me with a phone call. She knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained Ginger's situation and she welcomed Ginger with open arms. Over the past seven months, Ginger has flourished with Pluto's Pals. She goes for daycare about once per week (she especially loves park days!) and we have boarded her there also. I love that Michelle is so responsive via text. She takes photos and videos of the dogs all day every day. She never has too many dogs in her care that your dog does not get the individual attention he/she needs. Michelle is also a certified dog trainer, so she will work with the dogs while they play, and she will give you tips and tricks to work on at home. We are so grateful that we found Pluto's Pals!!!

We met Michelle and our buddy Jasper shortly after we got our pup Groot. Suffice to say, it was a great blessing! Groot absolutely loves his Pluto’s Pals and we don’t know what we’d do without them! Michelle is an amazing dog trainer and person in general - Groot goes there multiple times every week and has boarded numerous times as well. So grateful for Pluto’s pals and we don’t know what we would do without them!!

At first I thought this was the perfect place for our dog. I was asked to get our dog vaccinated and we did. Our vet is awesome and she vaccinated our dog as required. When I I went to let Michelle know that we had everything up to date and that OUR VET was sending the records over to her, she changed her mind and simply told me to find another boarding for our dog. Mind you we have been planning this since early March since we would be visiting Davenport and have been looking for a dog sitter for almost a month. This was not professional and not reliable at all. Now we are trying to find a boarding location for our dog and have had no luck. I would not recommend this place!

I know my baby (puppy) was in good hands because he wasn’t just left in a crate for hours on end. Michelle also helped correct his puppy behaviors by teaching him and if she wasn’t around then the “pack” was there to train him. I know he misses Michelle and the pack and the special bond he formed with them. That will always be his second family. I can not thank her enough for the care and love she gave to my puppy ❤️🐶
