Working with Michael at Platinum has been an absolute game changer for our family and pup. While I'd never struggled to train prior pups, our new little guy was giving me a run for my money and it just seemed to be getting worse, to the point that he was lunging and barking like crazy at cars, humans, bikes....you name it and I was at a loss. After doing quite a bit of research I found Platinum and setup a call/initial meeting with Michael. I love that Michael comes to your home and not only trains the dog but also trained us on how to train, as it's an ongoing commitment. While I would've never imagined we'd be walking off leash nor was that even an initial goal, our pup now loves that and does great, and our bond has grown as we're no longer frustrated or embarrassed by his behavior, and candidly the pup seems so much happier and at ease as well. So glad I had the chance to work with Michael at Platinum Dog Training. I used to think my 6 month old pup was just going to be a menace forever but after only seeing Michael a few times, he has changed so much! My boyfriend and I are so much more informed on how to properly train and communicate with our pup. Michael also helped us introduce e-collar training, which I was very nervous and hesitant about, but he knew so much and reassured us that it’s a safe and effective training tool. 100% recommended Platinum Dog Training.

I can’t begin to thank Michael enough for the amazing job he did with Kodi’s training. Kodi went from being a very stubborn and independent dog, pulling me everywhere, to being attentive and wanting to please. Michael was very calm and patient with her and did a great job of taking his time and explaining everything to me. He showed me step by step how to handle situations that I was struggling with.
