At Platinum Dog Training, we believe that educating owners is just as important as training their dogs. That’s why all of our training takes place with you, the owner, present. Whether we’re in your home, or out in public, we are focusing on not only teaching your dog, but educating you on how you can have the best possible relationship with your pet. We use a balanced approach for training. Our training techniques have proven to be highly effective for even the most difficult of dogs, while also working wonders for dogs who already have a solid foundation, and are just looking to take that last step to excellence.

We did 4 in home lessons for our 1 year old chocolate lab and it was great!! archie was terrified of the wood floors and we had no idea why. after just 1 lesson he was walking on the floors and after 4 he was pretty much back to his normal self! also learned some new commands. overall, a great experience!!

I cannot suggest using Michael and Platinum Dog Training highly enough.Our year old golden has learned so much in just four weeks and we, as his parents, have learned even more! Michael gives practical tips and easy to follow homework to help ensure success. Everything is broken down and the learning will continue even beyond the four weeks of sessions. We’ve had all four (human) grandparents at our house since Hunter began training and all have commented on how much better behaved and calmer Hunter is. Well worth the time and investment.
Could not recommend Michael enough! The 1-on-1 attention was exactly what we were looking for and he made each session easy to follow and understand, not only how but why! He gave us the tools and confidence to train our 7-month old rescue puppy and we are thrilled with this results.
Shasta snd I had a great experience with the one on one training experience we had with Michael of Platinum Dog Training! He truly cares about teaching dog and owner the best skills to have a wonderful relationship and having a well behaved dog! Would highly recommend Michael!
