This is a beautiful place that is run by wonderful, hard working people. It's very easy to find and in a gorgeous location! I wish I could stay there. The young people that run this facility are very well trained and it shows that they love animals. Now they have only owned this kennel since December and are making changes. They are doing some remolding with up grades. They plan on selling items for dogs but I'm not sure about cats. The kennels are huge!!! They also have comfortable places for your dog/dogs to lay down that can be disinfected between new client's. These folks really think things thru for your pets health and welfare. You may think of this location as off the beaten path but it's truly just a hop, skin, and a jack from the Colorado Springs and Denver Airports. I would rather my very loved pets be far from the inner city just in case they were, some how able to get loose. Think it can't happen??!! I witnessed a dog climb a chain link kennel at The Humane Shelter in Pueblo Colorado also known as HSPPR, with my own eyes!!!!! I was in complete disbelief trying to make my self to believe just what I was seeing. So it can happen anywhere. In my opinion I would want my pet at this kennel. It's far from a main street and trees and things to smell which a dog will enjoy rather than traffic, my opinion for what it's worth. Try them once and I think you'll be happy, but I'm willing to bet your pet with be happier!!!

Our alaskan malamute (8 months old) went to American Dog Pros for 3 weeks of training. Our primary struggle was that our dog pulled really hard while walking him and would get very distracted. After 3 weeks of training he was a new dog! Not only did Zac resolve the pulling, our dog was trained to do place which is extremely helpful when we are out and about with him. It has now been a month since our dog completed the training and our dog is fantastic. We practice training with him every day and he is great. We walk him on a slack leash with no problems. Highly recommend training/ boarding here as they take great care of the dogs and really understand them.

We sent our 9m Golden Retriever to Zach and he came home absolutely perfect. He no longer wakes us up at 5am, barks for no reason, jumps up on people etc. and he obeys all the commands he learned at home. We have 2 young children as well as another senior Golden and a cat and before our dog went the train/board program with American Dog Pros we were all at our wits end. Now we feel like he's truly part of our family. So many of our neighbors have noticed the difference in his overall behavior as well, so it's not just us!

Zack is honestly a miracle worker. We were at our wits end with our 5 month old puppy after wasting time and money on other trainers who weren’t able to help us. Our girl is very strong-willed and loves to test people’s limits, so she really needed some corrections and balanced training. I’m so glad we found Zack. Our puppy spent several weeks in Zack’s board and train program and she was honestly a different dog when we got her back. Our friends and family were amazed too. She is so much calmer now and her obedience makes her 100 times easier to deal with. We are able to have her off leash without any issues. She doesn’t jump on people or furniture. She drops whatever is in her mouth when we tell her to leave it. She stays in a down position until we release her. I highly recommend Zack!! Don’t know what we would’ve done without him.
