She stayed in a top notch place, and we will be 110% returning here. We also greatly appreciate them taking care of her allergy, as it’s something we always fear when boarding her. We have been working with Chris on training our young Lab, Brisket, and it has been an outstanding experience. Chris is a fantastic trainer—he knows his stuff and has been terrific in helping my wife, our son, and me get comfortable with training. We have an older Lab who accompanies us to the training sessions, and Chris has been deeply helpful to him, as well. As we drove away from our last training session on Saturday, my wife said, "Wow, we really stumbled into an incredibly good situation with Chris." I readily agreed. I recommend Pinnacle K9 without hesitation.
The team at Pinnacle are always kind, helpful, and happy to see my pup when we need to board. They've also been flexible with my family's schedule and short-notice boarding. I'll never take my dog anywhere else!
Won't be using them again for boarding. Our dogs were stressed when we picked them up. Also communication was not the best. One of our dogs was very skinny coming home and the other went straight for the water bowl. They should have used most of the food I gave them but they came home with a lot of food still left. Also they were pretty dirty and abnormaly shedding for some reason.
