Michelle is great if it fits your needs. Hannibal was super happy there and played with the dogs. I didn't enjoy that we were told to neutered our dog because he was marking at her house. He is 8 months old. He never had this behaviors at other people's houses. And we were told by his doctor to wait until he is 2 years, it is better for his bones. I will listen to our vets over any trainer. So I will admit that was a bit hurtful for me so I decided that this place was not a good fit. We felt that it is something that's part of the job, when I pet sit for people I do not text them about an issue like this, unless it is an emergency. It threw me off during my work hours, and it made me a bit stressed. (This is considering he did overnight boarding with her before and there was no issues then) I think this should have been addressed during pick up and perhaps worded differently towards us. She did great with him during the time he was there, I could tell he was happy, well fed and she send me a picture during his stay there. She worked with us for pick up and drop off times and her prices are very reasonable. We felt there was some organizational issues. When we dropped off Hannibal, she didn't remember how long he was staying, even though I checked in the night before. A small issue but something to consider. If it wasn't for the neutering issue I would continue to bring him there for boarding since it would be helpful for the times I visit my mom out of the city. We love our dogs, so we will continue to bring him with us. He is okay with sleeping with us inside and there are no marking/accident issues anywhere else.

Trust is the #1 thing I look for when using walkers, day care, or boarding. Michelle is running a fantastic business. She is responsive and accommodating. We were coming from out of town and she was flexible so easy with drop off/pick up times. She sent updates, provides treats/toys and has created a lovely indoor/outdoor home environment where you can rest assured your dog is safe and loved on. I would 100% trust/recommend her for all your dog boarding needs.

AMAZING!! INCREDIBLE!! WONDERFUL!! (What other adjectives should I use? :)) honestly, I cannot rave about Michelle enough. She was absolutely great to work with from start to finish. She definitely has a special connection with dogs and you can see it with each one she interacts with. Along with Michelle being flawless, her space was perfect too - especially for my high energy pup. She had a huge yard and pool that the dogs could have fun in. Michelle communicated quickly and sent me updates on my girl while we were away. Normally, I get kind of nervous leaving my dog with people, but I didn’t worry at all with Michelle. She was just so good with Scotti from the beginning, and there was a safe spot for her to be, it out my mind completely at ease. When I picked up my pup, she had been clearly loved and cared for. Michelle even sent us home with some homemade snacks!! Long-story short! I am so glad we found her!! And we will definitely be using her in the further. Thank you again for everything Michelle!
