That’s basic obedience, not advanced work—and you know that. Your own book says service dogs take months to years to train properly, yet you’re claiming you completed that in a fraction of the time. Which one is true? You also claimed she passed a public access test, but her current behavior doesn’t reflect that at all. And despite posting constant training content of other dogs, you still haven’t shown any clear, unedited proof of mine performing the tasks you say were trained. I have documented proof of her behavior during and after the board and train, as well as witnesses who interacted with her at your facility and observed the same issues. The bottom line is this: she is not trained to the standard of basic obedience, let alone as a service dog. And I am still left with a child who needs a service dog. At this point, it looks like you’re avoiding giving a direct answer. So I’ll ask you plainly—can you actually back up your claims with proof, or are you going to move toward resolving this and refunding so I can have her properly trained? __________________________________________________________ I paid for a board-and-train service dog program with the representation that my dog would return fully trained with reliable task performance and appropriate public behavior. That has not been my experience. The dog does not consistently follow basic commands without prompts, does not reliably perform the specific tasks that were discussed, and is not currently suitable for public access based on her behavior. During demonstration, compliance relied on tools rather than independent reliability. I requested video documentation of the completed behaviors and did not receive any. I also did not receive verifiable examples of completed service dogs performing these tasks reliably in real-world settings. To be clear, the issues I’m describing are foundational (basic obedience and task reliability), not handler-specific nuances. I am now pursuing independent evaluation and additional training. If you’re considering this program, ask for clear, unassisted proof of task reliability, real-world public behavior, and named references of past service dogs trained before committing.
