Once we adopted our rescue we knew we’d need quick training, and Phil’s Pup Camp was highly recommended on a local Facebook group. He was available immediately for a private in home session to work on some early behavior issues. We then took both the loose leash walking and basic obedience class. 2 months later, our dog is almost unrecognizable from day 1! Phil is a very knowledgeable trainer who gives you practical actions to take into every day life. The classes were a good pace and individualized even in a group setting. Phil is also just a great person. I highly recommend Phil’s Pup Camp!

Phil was very knowledgeable & patient. We learned a lot, and so did our puppy, Gus. He even met us a few weeks before the class to meet our puppy and talk to us a bit about what it means to raise a Great Dane from scratch. You can just tell that Phil cares about dogs being raised & trained with care. I love that. We will definitely do the next level of training with Phil.

I think my dog likes Phil better than me! He’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a family issue come up and he helped me work around my new schedule. I learned a lot from him and so did my dog. We did Obedience 101 which was great but my dog struggled a bit to get along with classmates so we also did some private lessons which were really helpful!

Phil is an experienced, knowledgeable, helpful dog trainer. I have a micro mini Australian labradoodle and she is my third dog. We took his puppy training class. We learned so much from him. No stupid questions for him. He is a smart, kind, clever teacher. It is obvious he cares A LOT about puppies and dogs and training them healthy, happy, and polite as well as teaching their pawrents to raise and to live with them well. We took his class a few years ago, then I had a question so I called him out of the blue. He didn't mind my questions and gave me many good tips and ideas on my concerns for my dog. I would highly recommend his group classes or any training class.

Definitely recommend Phil and his classes. He takes the time to make sure that every dog and owner is assisted in meeting their goals. He shows patience and is very knowledgable in addressing any situation that you might have questions about with your dog. We will be back!
