I'm just leaving the store right now and wasn't able to find my puppy her favorite chew bones but the staff was so very nice and helpful. I was helped by both a young lady (which I was told is her first week) at the register as well as the store manager. Both people were genuinely trying to help me find the item that is sold out in this store. The store manager saw that the item was not on the shelf but he grabbed a ladder and used it to look above the shelf for any inventory. This store is out but the store manager let me know of other locations that show the chew bones to be in stock. That was a really nice experience and I'll be returning.
The employee with colorfull hair, was rude, i couldn't get the fish that I want because she thought that I didnt know how to take care of that fish, really disappointed because I told her that I have a filter and everything i need but she didnt care at all.

The instructor was great. She had a lot of knowledge of dogs and training and we learned a lot and so did my dog.
