PetSmart Dog Training

I wont ever do a walking service again... The information was given of 30 minutes so I paid and ran to the bank. Got a call as soon as I left the bank saying he was ready. Of course I'm confused cause its only been 15. Then was told not to leave the building or no further then the parking lot thats understandable for 15 minutes. But when I got there they repeatedly said again that it only runs about 10-15 minutes for walk in. So I said again I was told 30 minutes or I would have never left the building if i knew. I did little shopping after I picked him up go him 2 toys he picked out like I normally do and some treats. So when i got him in the truck he sits in the front on my lap for the drive home. I seen blood on my pants from his front paws. The lady who did my baby boy's nails and hair trim was clearly in a rush. I checked his paws was honestly horrible just on 1 paw he was over cut with his nails 3 times and on the other once and the worst his paw was covered in blood... never had this happen since I have been taking him since he was 4 months old. Wish I got her name... When i got home not only was his hair extremely uneven I had to take the scissors myself to fix wjat she clearly messed up.

the experience was horrible the in charge Amanda of cutting the hair of my dog I charged 40 extra dollars so that in the end I left him without any hair , without mustache , without eyelashes he knows nothing about the care towards pets they have eyelashes like hanos for a reason and look different from their regular hair I do not recommend at all going to this place or at least not with Amanda Pay 140 dollars so that the person attending you has no idea how to do grooming.

Horrible Grooming Experience - This was our first time using Pet Smart grooming. It will be the last as well. Our poor Gracie looked butchered and smelled awful as if she had been rolling in dirt. Her “finished” look was rough and jagged looking, not polished and smooth. I was shocked when I saw her but refused to let them “fix” the issues. This was a waste of $83.00. Obviously we can not recommend Pet Smart Grooming. We can not wait for her coat to grow out so she looks presentable again.
