PetSmart Dog Training

My wife ordered stuff online and sent me to pick it up. This is something we do all the time and I never have an issue. Today I did the same thing but didn't have the order number, I had the card my wife purchased the order with, I knew what was on the order, showed them my ID to show we had the same last name and they still wouldn't give me the order, said it was for my wife's protection. So I can't pickup an online order because of an order number even though I showed them the card and who I was and knew the whole order but you don't care about protection when I can walk through the store, buy all the same items and use the same card, with her name on it, put her phone number in that shows her name on the screen and they don't ever say a word or think twice about my purchace. How the hell does that make any sense at all. What a joke. You guys need to get your priorities straight.
