We unfortunately had to deal with discrimatory service by Valerie who refused to sell a us gecko because we wouldn't get the tank size she wanted. Unbeknownst to her we have had and still have a thriving and well trained gecko for almost 10 years now. At purchase a 20 gallon tank is unnecessary. Tank size only needs to increase as the gecko gets bigger. She insinuated for whatever reason that the gecko would not be properly cared for because we wouldn't purchase an unnecessary 20 gallon tank instead of the 10 gallon, which is bigger than the one we got for our first. Horrible service from her and the manager. Timberland is the better location and more by the book versus personal biases.

I went In to petsmart in garner in whiteoak Saturday evening. I wanted to get mealworms and crickets. I waited a few minutes for someone to come. I then went up to the cashier and asked him to call someone over so I could get crickets. I waited a few more minutes and watched the girl fiddle with something upfront. Then she walked away. I walked up to her and asked her if she could help me get crickets. She said that as soon as she was done with other customer. I heard her ask her coworker that was there if she was good. She then said she wss Goin to help me. I waited a few more minutes no one came. I went to buy the mealworms. He asked me if I wanted him to call again. I said forget it. I feel like they don't really care about the paying customer. The other customer didn't even buy anything.
