PetSmart Dog Training

Two dogs attacked my Boston Terrier at this site. PetSmart in the quarry. I had to physically remove the person‘s dogs that’s Plural from my 25 pound Boston Terrier. The dogs continue to bark and make problems, and I was ready to check out. I asked the clerk if the dogs were out out of the store, and they replied we’re giving them another chance… These are not kindergarten children . You can’t say you did bad don’t do it again. Unfortunately, I go to Banfield there otherwise I would completely and totally remove PetSmart from my buying. If you’re concerned about your small dog, don’t go there. For sure don’t bring them in.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel this is necessary. 4 times now I have placed online orders for pickup. Every time my account gets charged but they don't receive the order. So I have to wait days for a credit. It's always when I don't have money to purchase the order twice. Today I received a $5 gift card for 2 cans of food to last 3 cats until Monday or Tuesday. This is unacceptable! How do I explain to my kitties they can't eat this weekend? Do better!
