PetSmart Dog Training

I checked online if they had my dog food in stock. It was in stock, so I sent my son to go buy it. When he got there the entire shelf for Rachel Ray Nutrish dry dog food was empty. So when he called me, I told him to ask someone because it’s probably in the back. The employee didn’t even bother to look. They just said if it’s not out on the shelf then we don’t have it. Laziness! When he returned home I went on line and ordered it for pick up and sure enough it was ready to be picked up in less than 2 hrs. This is why you lose customers to online shopping like chewy and Amazon. When my husband went to pick up the dog food today he spoke with the manager and the excuse was the employee probably didn’t see it. Ummm no, the lazy employee didn’t bother to leave their spot to look. Definitely need some retraining in this store.

Went today to PetSmart on Roosevelt Blvd today. Had grooming appointment in which they did an amazing job. Wanted to tip the worker. I only had a $100 asked for change manager refused to give me change said I can’t unless I buy something. I just paid with my card for grooming services of $150 and your telling me you can give me change to tip the workers unless I buy something. That way I don’t shop there only grooming services.
