I am owned by a Tasmanian Australian shepherd, 16 months, yet to be trained. However I truly appreciate how the manager, Sylvia explained that Bella was too hyper and aggressive to be serviced. Bellas veterinarian already warned me. I'm now looking at training videos & using Petsmarts obedience training for us. Sylvia, Thank You! I'd rather have an honest groomer manager like you, than have someone who'd cause a ptsd animal more trauma. Looking forward to bringing her back, so you can see her progress! 2 unexpected surgeries was my setback with her. Again, looking forward Sylvia and Thank you.
Loved my puppy’s 🐶 grooming and his Mohawk !!
For classes the trainer was moderate stern and very efficient they need more her stature on there team to train the pets
