Why is the person that answer the phone so rude?
I initially wanted to leave a really nasty review about this location after having a small incident at the grooming salon. At first I thought the way it was handled was tacky and rude, but Chelsea followed up with me and took very good care of me and my dog. Sometimes just a small gesture will make a customers experience turn around quick and she did just that! Thank you Chelsea!
By far the worst store I've been to. Workers are rude, slow as hell and the person who knows what they are doing is never there..... I drive 20minsnaway to avoid this store ... I've tried over the last 3 yrs now change...
