We have been customers of this Petsmart since we moved here in 2021. Today after reading store hours online, after arriving for an appointment, was told by a female store employee the grooming salon does not open till 9am. The website says 7am. She could not care less about me being inconvenienced. I told her I was so done with this location! She said ok. Wow, quality has sure gone down hill! I also spoke pryor to the store manager who could care less about all the issues regarding trying to get a simple nail grinding appointment. No matter when I called no one ever answered the phone. I guess a paycheck is all they want but don't figure it is regular customers like me who contribute to their paycheck!!
