I’m very disappointed with the second grooming appointment for my dog. While the haircut was passable, it was clear that he was not washed at all. If your team is running behind and unable to finish the full service, it is your responsibility to notify the customer or stay later to complete the job. Doing only part of the grooming and sending the dog home nasty is not okay. This experience was frustrating and very disappointing.
